Fiber Arts Festival

Posted: December 14, 2013

Bring the family, and join us for a day-long celebration of the fiber arts on Saturday, Feburary 1!

Watch over 30 local fiber artists demonstrate their skills in many mediums, including weaving, rug hooking and braiding, spinning, quilting, knitting, tatting, and more.

New in 2014! Enjoy an outdoor exhibition featuring the work of area yarn bombing enthusiasts, after they "dress" the trees in our courtyard for a public display and judged competition. Visitors will be treated to live madrigal and spoken word performances by Memorial High School choir and theater students prior to an official awards ceremony.

Yarn Bombing Competition Schedule:

11 am - 3 pm Display

1:30 pm  Live Performance

2:00 pm    Judging Awards Ceremony
