• Menu

  Ticket includes two complimentary beverages with meal.

  First Course:
  Seared duck breast with smoked plum sauce, or Fun Guy Farm's mushroom for vegetarian/vegan option.

  Second Course:
  Pork Slow cooked with onion, garlic, celery and caraway. Served with herb roasted carrots, sauerkraut, and a creamy mustard sauce with caramelized leeks. Substitute soy curls to make this vegetarian and a vegan option with a plant based "cream" sauce.

  Third Course:
  Fromage - Isigny Sainte Mere 9-12 month aged Mimolette and Hook's Triple Play Extra Innings. Plant based cheese available.

  Dessert:
  Toasted almond and apple crisp ice cream served w/ pumpkin spice cake

  Single Bit Sager Chemical Axe dated 1945: Value: $160

  The Warren Axe and Tool Company was founded in 1893 by William J. Sager.  In 1895, William patented his own special chemical process for producing an axe that he claimed had superior steel quality.  Supposedly, the steel was soaked in a chemical bath before and after forging.  This gave the axe an intriguing blue hue that Mr. Sager claimed would produce an axe less prone to rusting while holding a keener edge. The carefully guarded recipe for the chemical bath remains lost to time.
