Digging Up the Past: Afternoon Session

July 22nd, 2020 | 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm | Chippewa Valley Museum | Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Kids 6-12 years old will examine a real mammoth tooth and other early artifacts, then explore experimental archeology to see how people made rope from cordage, use your own fossil kit to mold a replica from clay, and mix up a dirt pudding snack.

Workshop activity materials will be available for pick-up at the museum the Monday & Tuesday before the workshop date.
Pick-up times are as follows:
Monday 3 pm - 5pm
Tuesday 3 pm - 6 pm
