Vintage Skills Workshop:Make Chainmaille Jewelry

Explore this centuries-old method of creating armor mesh from small metal rings while making a stunning new piece of jewelry to wear! Students will design a one or two color bracelet in the byzantine pattern over the course of two class periods. Please bring 2 chain nose pliers to class. All other materials will be provided. Course fees are $45 or $40 for museum members, and the course is for ages 13 and up. Class fee is for both class sessions.
