gives us a better understanding of our state and nation, and promotes
a better appreciation of our American heritage. Within this precept,
the purpose of the Chippewa Valley Museum shall be to discover, collect,
preserve, and interpret the history and culture of the Chippewa Valley
and its people.
We will welcome visitors from far away and encourage within local residents a strong sense of ownership.
