Pancake Breakfast

Enjoy active fun for the whole family at the museums in Eau Claire's scenic Carson Park from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 28th.

The Indianhead Track Club's 49th annual Carson Park 5K and 10 mile run/walk begins at 8:30 a.m. Registration is from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. at the Paul Bunyan Logging Camp Museum, which will be open FREE to the public until 11:00 a.m. Family-friendly activities include the children's BOOgie Run at 10:30 a.m. and a costume contest at 11:00 a.m., with awards for best kid and best adult costume.

Start the day off right with a Pancake Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Chippewa Valley Museum next door, at 1204 E. Half Moon Drive. Enjoy FREE admission into the museum until Noon and family-friendly activities including an exhibit scavenger hunt.

Register for the kids' BOOgie run and the Carson 5K or the Carson 10 mile run/walk at www.indianheadtc.org. The pancake breakfast at the Chippewa Valley Museum is $7 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under.

All proceeds benefit the Chippewa Valley Museum, Paul Bunyan Logging Camp Museum, Indianhead Track Club, and the Chippewa River Trail markers project.
